A fast-growing banking technology provider is transforming how banks and fintechs build modern financial products. The company offers a cloud-native, API-driven platform that unifies core banking, card issuing, payments, lending, and fraud management.
The VP of Sales will lead new business growth and expand the company’s presence across key markets. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on enterprise sales, prospecting, relationship development, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B enterprise tech experience – preferably in fintech, banking, or payments – and is motivated by shaping the future of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities across banking and fintech.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead the full sales process – from discovery to closing.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with marketing and product teams on positioning and market expansion.
- Build senior-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver against revenue targets and provide accurate forecasting.
- Track industry trends and share insights to support product innovation.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech.
- Consistent success in complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited for high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with CRM, sales automation, and productivity tools.
