A rapidly growing, regulated FinTech operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. The firm provides infrastructure and tools that enable businesses to issue, manage, and account for digital and fiat-backed assets across multiple networks — with a focus on transparency, compliance, and scalability.

    Position Overview
As the Head of Client Success, you will build and lead the company’s client success function from the ground up, owning the post-sale customer journey end to end. This is a founding leadership role responsible for ensuring customers successfully adopt, scale, and derive long-term value from stablecoin-powered financial infrastructure.

You’ll operate at the intersection of customer advocacy, technical fluency, and cross-functional leadership — driving retention, expansion, and referenceable outcomes across fintechs, payment platforms, digital banks, and crypto-native institutions. Your work will directly shape product direction, customer trust, and the company’s ability to scale into a category-defining platform.

    Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale the Client Success Function

    • Ensure customers achieve measurable ROI across payments, treasury, and digital asset workflows.

    Retention, Expansion & Revenue Partnership

    • Drive net revenue retention through proactive relationship management, expansion identification, and renewal execution.
    • Partner closely with Sales on handoffs, account planning, and expansion opportunities.
    • Identify risks early, manage escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction and trust.
    • Develop case studies, references, and success stories to support go-to-market efforts.

    Technical & Strategic Partnership

    • Act as the primary post-sale advisor for customers navigating blockchain, stablecoins, and regulated financial infrastructure.
    • Support complex customer environments involving legal, compliance, risk, and technical stakeholders.
    • Partner with Product to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and feature improvements.
    • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure customer implementations meet regulatory requirements.

    • Identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and expansion opportunities within digital finance.
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Leadership to align execution with customer outcomes.

    Qualifications

    • 8-10 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Solutions roles within fintech or blockchain.
    • Proven experience owning enterprise or mid-market customer relationships post-sale, including renewals and expansion.
    • Strong background working with technically complex products (APIs, integrations, financial systems).
    • Experience managing customers with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
    • Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth startups, ideally building or scaling a Client Success function.

    🏥 AI-Driven HealthTech | Hospital Operations & Care Transitions

📍 NYC (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
💰 Highly Competitive Cash + Meaningful Founder-Level Equity
    🚀 2.5+ Years Runway | Early-Stage, Venture-Backed

    The Company

Storm3 is partnering with a venture-backed HealthTech startup tackling one of the most urgent operational problems in U.S. healthcare: hospital discharge bottlenecks and post-acute care coordination.

Hospitals are under massive pressure. Aging populations, shrinking margins, and staffing constraints are making inefficient discharge workflows existential. This company is building an AI-powered platform that accelerates care transitions, reduces length of stay, and directly improves both patient outcomes and hospital economics.

Backed by top early-stage investors, the team has strong product traction, deep healthcare experience, and multi-year runway.

    The Opportunity

This is a true Founding Head of Engineering role that is equal parts hands-on builder and engineering leader.

You will work directly with the founders to architect, build, and scale the core platform, while laying the technical and cultural foundation for the engineering organization.

This is not a purely managerial role. You will be in the codebase daily.

    What You’ll Do

    🏗️ Build the Core Platform
Own the architecture and implementation of a mission-critical product used by hospitals to coordinate post-acute care and accelerate discharge workflows.

🔌 Own Integrations at the Point of Care
Design and build deep integrations with EHRs, payers, and post-acute providers where reliability and performance matter.

    🧠 Make Foundational Technical Decisions
Drive stack selection, system design, and build versus buy decisions with an eye toward speed today and scale tomorrow.

👥 Build the Engineering Function from Zero
Hire, mentor, and lead the first engineering team. Establish best practices, code quality standards, and a strong shipping culture.

🎯 Shape Company Culture and Execution
As the first engineering leader, you will set the bar for ownership, velocity, and product thinking across the company.

    What They’re Looking For

    • 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping end-to-end products

    • Proven 0 to 1 startup experience in highly ambiguous environments

    • Experience leading or mentoring engineers, formally or informally

    • Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership

    • Strong product intuition and deep care for UX and customer outcomes

    • Excited to work closely with founders and operate as a true company builder

    • NYC-based and open to hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days onsite

    Bonus Points For:

    • EHR or healthcare systems integrations

    • AI, ML, LLMs, or voice-based workflows

    • Prior experience selling into or building for hospitals or health systems

    About the Role

We’re working with a leading U.S. financial technology company trusted by major banks and institutions to power secure, real-time payment solutions and identity verification products used by millions of consumers every day.

This organization operates at the heart of the U.S. financial ecosystem – enabling instant, safe, and reliable transactions while preventing fraud and maintaining trust across the payments network.

They’re now looking for an exceptional Principal Data Scientist to join their growing Data Science organization. In this senior, highly technical role, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models that power identity and payment systems across a large-scale, data-rich environment.

You’ll be hands-on 70–100% of the time – coding, building, and maintaining models in production – while also providing technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic input to help scale data science capabilities enterprise-wide.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design, develop, and deploy analytically derived models to assess risk and detect/prevent fraud – across Identity and Payments (ACH) domains.
    • Build end-to-end data pipelines and storage schemes for complex, high-volume datasets using PySpark, Python, and SQL.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, ML Platform, and Analytics teams to bring models into production and continuously improve them.
    • Drive thought leadership both internally and externally – influencing analytic strategies, evaluating emerging technologies, and representing the company in industry discussions.
    • Lead by example: mentor junior data scientists, guide analytic design, and ensure best practices for scalable model development and deployment.
    • Support multiple projects concurrently, managing timelines, documentation, and technical delivery.

    What You Bring

    • 10+ years of experience in data analytics or data science in data-rich environments.
    • 7+ years of hands-on programming and model development using PySpark, Python, and SQL.
    • 2+ years of direct experience in financial services or fintech.
    • Proven expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and optimization – from experimentation to production deployment.
    • Deep familiarity with AWS SageMaker or similar ML platforms.
    • Experience working with financial data and understanding of banking regulations.
    • Strong communicator who can explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree strongly preferred).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative field.
    • Experience with scikit-learnpandas, and other modern ML libraries.
    • Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and model pipelines within large enterprises.

    Why Join

    • Work with cutting-edge data at scale.
    • Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in data science and machine learning.
    • Drive innovation at the intersection of AI, risk management, and financial technology – shaping how consumers and institutions transact safely every day.

If you’re a hands-on data science leader ready to build, deploy, and scale models that impact millions of users daily – we’d love to hear from you.

Senior Backend Engineer
NYC | In Office | $200k + Equity

What is this role: improving existing systems: our backend is a monolith, but this could change depending on the input of the person in this role: we’d like someone who could quickly form opinions, justify them, and lead development

  • Building new systems: an interest in building and guiding the development of new systems is essential
  • Drive backend contributions to product development: Partner closely with product and design to shape the underlying data models, APIs, and workflows that power core features.
  • Ensure enterprise readiness: As we increasingly serve enterprise customers, you’ll help us meet these requirements.
  • Own performance, reliability, and scalability: Lead initiatives to reduce latency, improve query performance, optimize data access patterns, and ensure our systems can handle growing volumes of customers, actions, and automations.
  • Shape long-term technical strategy: Work with founders and engineering leadership to define a coherent backend roadmap. You’ll identify future platform needs, and proactively reduce tech debt as the company evolves.

What kind of person would suit this role?

  • Very comfortable operating on the backend and data-layer in a Linux/macOS environment, comfortable with Python (preferably some FastAPI), and used to working with AWS
    • Other nice to haves: Go, FastAPI, Temporal, Postgres, MongoDB.
  • Someone who is comfortable working with data and would enjoy improving and scaling a backend and data-layer to support a high-growth firm predicated on using AI to address a market inefficiency
  • OK to work in-office in NYC 5 days / week (Chelsea, Specifically)
  • You tackle ambiguity head-on, architect solutions, and iterate quickly with minimal oversight.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • You communicate clearly, share knowledge, and lift the bar for everyone around you.
