The ecosystem spans three core pillars:

The team is also preparing to launch a new product that reimagines on-demand liquidity powered by stablecoins, addressing a rapidly growing opportunity in the $100B+ market for liquid restaking, CeDeFi, and real-world-asset (RWA) yield.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Fintech Partnerships to lead the development and management of strategic relationships with fintechs, digital banks, traditional financial institutions, and DeFi protocols.
This senior role is responsible for:
•
Securing liquidity partners for a yield-bearing stablecoin
•
Building credit-guarantee relationships
•
Driving adoption and integrations across both CeFi and DeFi ecosystems
•
Acting as the partnership owner for leading protocols (e.g., Pendle)
This is a high-impact, cross-functional position shaping how the product is adopted globally.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Execution
•
Develop and own a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on liquidity, credit guarantees, and ecosystem integrations.
•
Define and execute the roadmap for fintech and financial-institution relationships.
Business Development
Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partners across:
•
Fintech companies, digital banks, and payment providers
•
Traditional banks and innovation arms
•
DeFi protocols and applications
DeFi Utility Growth
•
Expand the stablecoin’s utility by establishing and managing partnerships with leading DeFi platforms.
•
Evaluate integrations to drive yield generation, liquidity depth, and product stickiness.
Relationship Management
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value partnerships.
•
Oversee integrations, resolve issues, and identify continuous collaboration opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner integrations.
•
Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to support product strategy.
Market Insights
•
Stay current on regulatory developments, competitive activity, and trends across fintech, blockchain, stablecoins, and DeFi.
Team Leadership
•
Build and mentor a high-performing partnerships team as the organization scales.
Qualifications
•
5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or related commercial roles within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
•
Strong understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, yield strategies, and blockchain infrastructure.
•
Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
•
Proven ability to build sustainable, value-driven partner ecosystems.
•
Excellent communication, commercial judgment, and strategic thinking skills.
