Director of Sales to drive new organic growth as an individual contributor within our healthcare SaaS business. This role is focused on owning the full sales cycle, building pipeline from scratch, and consistently performing against quota in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Drive net-new revenue through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation
- True hunter able to carry a quota
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close as an individual contributor
- Consistently achieve and exceed quota targets in a competitive healthcare SaaS market
- Develop and execute territory and account-based sales strategies to support organic growth
- Engage clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders throughout the buying process
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align growth efforts
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in healthcare SaaS sales with a strong record of quota attainment
- Comfort and confidence with cold calling and proactive outbound sales
- Background selling into clinical environments; clinical training or experience strongly preferred
- Experience in cardiovascular or adjacent clinical specialties is a strong plus
- Ability to thrive as a self-directed individual performer in a growth-stage organization
- Strategic, driven, and resilient with a hunter mentality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Compensation: Base salary approximately $165-$175K plus uncapped commission.
