A fast-growing DeFi platform is building an ecosystem focused on restaking infrastructure, liquid restaking tokens, and tokenized yield products across multiple chains. With over $2B in TVL and support for a growing set of high-value assets, the project aims to become a leading provider of decentralized economic security and cross-chain liquidity.
Our client is seeking a Business Development Director to lead institutional outreach, drive capital inflow, and expand revenue across its product suite. The ideal candidate has strong experience in both DeFi and traditional finance, with a proven ability to engage and convert institutional allocators.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage institutional clients, including UHNIs, family offices, funds, and other allocators.
- Structure product solutions and drive sales conversions.
- Own regional revenue and TVL targets.
- Support lead generation through an existing network and coordination with SDRs.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and strategic partners.
- Represent the organization at industry events.
- Track market and regulatory trends to guide strategy.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of business development experience, including 2+ years in crypto.
- Strong understanding of TradFi and DeFi concepts.
- Established institutional network and capital-raising track record.
