The Opportunity
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company’s footprint in key global markets. This strategic role combines enterprise sales leadership with a hands-on approach to prospecting, relationship building, and deal execution.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise technology—particularly within fintech, banking, or payments—and a passion for shaping the future of financial services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Market Development & Prospecting

Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities through targeted research, networking, and outreach.

Build and manage a robust pipeline across banking and fintech verticals.
Client Engagement & Acquisition

Lead the full sales cycle—from discovery to negotiation and close.

Articulate the company’s value proposition and tailor solutions to client needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and identify new growth areas.
Relationship Management

Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.

Serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and continued expansion.
Performance & Reporting

Meet and exceed annual revenue and growth targets.

Provide accurate forecasting and insights to senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement

What They’re Looking For

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally within fintech, banking, or technology sectors.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, consultative sales cycles.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to build trust across all levels—from procurement teams to executive leadership.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and productivity software.
