The Opportunity
The Director of Sales Engineering will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth by combining deep technical expertise with strategic sales leadership. You’ll serve as the bridge between technology and business — shaping client solutions, influencing product direction, and driving adoption of next-gen banking capabilities across global financial institutions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Consultation: Partner with customers during pre-sales to understand needs, recommend solutions, and design architectures leveraging the company’s platform.

Sales Support: Collaborate closely with Sales on proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and pricing strategies to maximize deal success.

Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase platform value and differentiation.

Customer Relationships: Build trusted advisor status with key enterprise clients, offering ongoing strategic and technical guidance.

Market Intelligence: Stay on top of fintech and banking tech trends, providing actionable insights to Product and GTM teams.

Enablement: Train internal teams and customer stakeholders on product capabilities and solution design best practices.

Documentation: Maintain accurate technical records, solution blueprints, and sales engineering reports.
What They’re Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or sales engineering within software, fintech, or financial services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus).

Technical Acumen: Strong foundation in B2B SaaS, cloud computing, or banking/payments technology.

Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and technical audiences alike.

Strong sales orientation with a track record of driving revenue growth and closing enterprise deals.

Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
