About the Role
Weβre seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Marketing to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement. Youβll own the marketing function end-to-endβfrom defining the go-to-market strategy to launching integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility to the executive team, and the opportunity to shape how the world seesβand adoptsβambient AI in healthcare.
What Youβll Do

Own the Marketing Strategy: Lead brand, content, digital, and demand generation strategies across the full marketing funnel

Drive Pipeline Growth: Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and move them through the sales cycle

Lead and Build the Team: Manage and scale a high-performing marketing org that thrives on results and creativity

Collaborate Across the Company: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to align messaging and fuel revenue growth

Craft the Narrative: Develop differentiated positioning, compelling content, and thought leadership tailored to healthcare stakeholders

Showcase Customer Impact: Tell powerful customer stories through case studies, testimonials, and events

Measure What Matters: Own marketing KPIs and performance dashboardsβreporting directly to the executive team
What You Bring

5+ years of marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or healthtech companies
β
3+ years of leadership experience within the U.S. healthcare market
β
Proven success in demand generation, campaign strategy, and team leadership
β
Track record of driving revenue and measurable business growth
β
Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills
β
Experience marketing AI, voice/NLP, or technical products is a strong plus
β
Passion for healthcare innovation and building brands with purpose
