Overview
A fast-growing Web3 infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new revenue and expand relationships with customers across Web3, fintech, and institutional crypto markets. This role owns the full sales cycle and plays a key role in scaling go-to-market efforts.
This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys selling technically complex products.
Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and expansion

Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner-led efforts

Sell blockchain infrastructure solutions, including data, node, and staking products

Lead discovery calls, product demos, and value-based sales conversations

Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and consistently achieve or exceed quota
-
Stay current on Web3, blockchain, and crypto market trends
Qualifications
-
3–7+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto, or developer tooling

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets

Experience selling technical, API-driven, or infrastructure products

Strong outbound prospecting and deal execution skills

Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment

Interest or experience in Web3, crypto, or emerging technologies
Preferred Experience

Background in Web3 infrastructure, blockchain data, cloud platforms, or developer tools

Existing network within crypto protocols, fintech companies, or institutional clients

Mid-market or enterprise sales experience
