    About the Company

Our client is a high-growth, AI-native SaaS platform revolutionizing the way modern finance and accounting teams manage the contract-to-cash lifecycle. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in New York City, the company has scaled rapidly from $5M to $50M ARR in just over two years.

Recently, they announced a $91M Series B raise from top-tier venture firms including Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary Venture Partners – fueling their next phase of expansion.

Their intelligent automation platform enables finance teams to eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow by managing billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting – with customers such as Cursor and Statsig already leveraging the product to automate ASC 606 compliance and streamline financial operations.

This is a rare opportunity to join an AI-native category leader at an inflection point of scale and impact.

    The Opportunity

The company is seeking a Head of Implementation to build and scale the implementation function as they enter their next stage of hypergrowth. Reporting directly to a co-founder, this foundational leadership role will define how customers are onboarded, implemented, and set up for success.

You’ll design the organization, systems, and playbooks that drive consistent, world-class delivery. This leader will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery to ensure seamless customer experiences – and will serve as the executive relationship steward for strategic enterprise clients.

Over time, this role will expand to include ownership of the professional services and partner strategy, making it ideal for a seasoned builder who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer success.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Build and scale a high-performing Implementation organization to support the company’s next phase of growth

    • Design org structure, roles, and scalable delivery models for enterprise and mid-market customers

    • Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sales handoffs and alignment

    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate onboarding challenges into roadmap priorities

    • Develop playbooks, processes, and metrics to bring predictability and operational excellence to delivery

    • Serve as the executive point of contact for major customer implementations, guiding both internal and client teams through complex rollouts

    • Build forecasting and capacity models to drive resource planning and delivery predictability

    • Oversee the long-term professional services and partner strategy to support global scaling

    • Foster a culture of customer empathy, accountability, and excellence across the implementation team

    What They’re Looking For

    • 5–10 years of experience leading Implementation, Delivery, or Professional Services in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven environments

    • Proven success scaling post-sales functions and managing both individual contributors and first-time managers

    • Deep operational and analytical mindset –  sets metrics, forecasts, and continuously improves delivery processes
