Position Overview
The Global Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth in the global wealthtech market. This role will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketing leader with a proven track record in financial services SaaS –particularly wealth management or asset management-and experience in managing international marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a marketing organization to achieve key performance objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership, PR, and communications programs to enhance market presence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies for product launches and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize performance through measurement and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead event participation, sponsorships, and conference strategy to strengthen industry positioning.
- Supervise content development across digital, video, and print assets.
- Maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience, including leadership roles in high-growth organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Experience across North America, EMEA, and LATAM markets.
- Proven success in financial services SaaS, with a preference for wealth management or asset management sectors.
- Broad expertise across marketing disciplines: ABM, demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing.
- Strong analytical, budget management, and ROI optimization skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
