Position- Key Account Manager
· Location- London based role
· Salary- £120k base, 50% bonus, equity

Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager dedicated to delivering a world-class experience for our international merchant partners. This role focuses on managing high-value accounts, developing scalable solutions, and thriving in a proactive, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize merchant performance, recommending strategies to enhance payment solutions, increase market penetration, and boost brand visibility.
- Identify and drive opportunities for new products and market expansion within existing merchant relationships.
- Maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives in current accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Respond effectively to client needs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.
- Manage sales pipelines and account activity using Salesforce.com.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance overall merchant experience.
- Provide feedback to leadership on improving the sales cycle, optimizing channels, and strengthening brand awareness.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing global enterprise accounts and driving business development at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of the merchant payment ecosystem and understanding of business needs.
- Analytical problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.
- Independent, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Positive, resilient, and solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Demonstrated success in working directly with enterprise merchants.
