This individual will be responsible for elevating the organization’s voice in national and industry-level conversations about identity, security, and digital trust.

     

    The role combines high-level communications strategy, media and influencer engagement, and analyst relations to expand awareness, shape perception, and build credibility across key markets including financial services, fintech, public sector, and beyond.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Communications

    • Develop and implement an integrated public relations strategy aligned with business goals and growth initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to position the organization as a trusted authority in digital identity, fraud prevention, and compliance.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, executive team) to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.

     

    Narrative Development & Storytelling

    • Develop compelling storylines that resonate with the media, analyst community, and target audiences.
    • Translate complex product features and data into engaging, human-centric narratives.
    • Uncover internal success stories and subject matter expertise to fuel storytelling.

     

    Experience Requirements:

    • Worked through an IPO or experience gaining traction through public offering
    • Compliance experience within the space
    • B2B SaaS experience is the biggest priority!

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
    • Domain knowledge in digital identity, fraud, fintech, or cybersecurity strongly preferred.
    • Proven success in media outreach, analyst engagement, and narrative development.
    • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience managing external PR agencies across multiple sectors or verticals.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage crisis communications and protect brand integrity.
    • Skilled in PR tools, media tracking platforms, and analytics dashboards.
