This is a fast-growing fintech startup that specializes in fraud prevention and compliance solutions for financial institutions. The team have deep industry experience across major banks, Fortune 500 tech companies, fintech unicorns, and AI and have built their solution specifically for financial institutions.
Position Overview
This is a founding-level Account Manager role at a rapidly scaling startup, working directly with leadership to build the company from ground up. The position focuses on relationship building, revenue growth, and strategic partnership development.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in finance, fintech, consulting, or venture capital
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, strategic thinking, and natural relationship-building talent
- Personality: Self-motivated, resilient, feedback-oriented, and eager for continuous growth
- Mindset: Hungry for equity ownership and building something from zero to scale
Primary Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and client teams
- Revenue Growth: Drive expansion, renewals, retention, and referrals
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop partnerships that generate new opportunities
- Customer Success: Understand client workflows, pain points, and ensure smooth ongoing relationships
- Business Development: Work with CEO/co-founders to scale the business and create new processes
