This company are seeking a proven Vice President of SalesĀ to lead a $500M+ business through its next phase of high-growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape a world-class sales organization serving some of the most innovative enterprise customers globally, including top hyperscalers, in a sector fueled by the AI revolution.

What Youāll Do:
- Lead sales strategy and execution to drive double-digit growth over the next three years.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on top 20 enterprise accounts.
- Personally manage strategic hyperscaler relationships and lead QBRs.
- Develop and execute funnel and quota strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Cultivate a customer-first culture focused on deep enterprise engagement.
- Oversee contract negotiations, MPAs, and lifecycle solutions from design to service.

Experience needed:
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership, including 5+ at the senior level, with accountability for $500M+ in annual revenue of technical products (data centres/ HVAC preferred).
- Proven success in enterprise and channel sales, including capital and service models.
- Deep experience in funnel management, CRM, and sales operations excellence.
- A track record of building and developing top-tier sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to scale sales organizations in complex environments.
