This is a fast-growing fintech startup that specializes in fraud prevention and compliance solutions for financial institutions. The team have deep industry experience across major banks, Fortune 500 tech companies, fintech unicorns, and AI and have built their solution specifically for financial institutions.
Position Overview
This is a founding-level Account Executive role at a rapidly scaling startup, working directly with leadership to build the company from ground up. The position focuses on leading B2B enterprise sales from prospecting through closing and activation.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years in finance, fintech, consulting, VC, tech, or B2B sales
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Startup experience preferred
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous growth
- Seeking equity opportunity and leadership role in scaling organization
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage complete enterprise sales cycle to drive revenue growth
- Develop hunting strategies, conduct product demos, and close deals with multiple stakeholders
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling approach
- Meet quarterly/annual targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts
- Collaborate with C-suite, investors, and cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering)
- Partner directly with CEO and co-founders on business scaling initiatives
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
