    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead sales strategy and execution to drive double-digit growth over the next three years.

    Role Overview

    The Chief Credit Officer (CCO) will lead the development, execution, and oversight of the company’s credit risk management strategy across all lending products. This includes setting credit policy, managing underwriting guidelines, analyzing portfolio performance, and partnering closely with capital providers, servicers, and executive leadership. This is a senior leadership role that also requires hands-on execution—ideal for someone who can toggle between strategy and operations with ease.
     

    Key Responsibilities

    Credit Policy & Underwriting

    • Define and continually refine credit risk policies, underwriting criteria, and loan approval strategies for both traditional and student lending products.

     

    • Own the credit risk framework across the loan lifecycle: from application and approval through servicing, delinquency management, and recovery.

     

    • Partner with internal stakeholders and bank partners to ensure credit policies align with regulatory requirements, bank program parameters, and the company’s risk appetite.

     

    Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Analytics

    • Develop dashboards and reporting processes to monitor loan portfolio performance:

    delinquency rates, default rates, prepayments, recovery rates, and cohort-level performance trends.
     

    • Analyze risk/return tradeoffs across product segments and recommend changes to pricing, eligibility, or structure as needed.

     

    • Lead periodic credit reviews and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board.

     

    Capital & Investor Support

    • Serve as a key point of contact for capital providers, including banks and institutional investors, regarding credit policy, performance, and due diligence.

     

    • Support securitization and funding efforts with performance data, stratifications, and modeling insights.

     

    Servicing & Collections Oversight

    • Work closely with the COO, Director of Customer Success, and external servicers to implement credit-related strategies for early-stage delinquency cure and default mitigation.

     

    • Ensure credit-related feedback loops are in place across origination, servicing, and collections partners.

     

    Product & Strategy Partnership

    • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to build and refine credit models, automate underwriting decisions, and test alternative data sources or scoring mechanisms.

     

    • Contribute to new product development by assessing credit risk implications of emerging business lines.

     
     

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or portfolio management, ideally in consumer lending, student lending, or fintech.

     

    • Demonstrated experience setting credit policy and managing risk at both strategic and operational levels.

     

    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with Excel, SQL, or BI tools required; modeling or Python/R experience a plus.

     

    • Familiarity with third-party servicing, collections, and credit performance management in an outsourced environment.

     

    • Experience working with bank partners, regulators, or capital providers in a compliance-sensitive environment.

     

    • Effective communicator who can convey complex credit concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

     

    • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to “roll up sleeves” in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.

    🚀 Hiring: Crypto Content Lead

    Location: Remote | Full-time

    We’re working with a crypto exchange that’s making crypto accessible and trusted in emerging markets. They’re growing fast — and looking for someone to own their voice across content, social, and user education.

    This isn’t your average marketing role. You’ll be writing blog posts, product explainers, and social threads that help everyday people understand crypto. The goal? Build trust, grow the brand, and make complex topics simple.

    What you’ll do:

    • Write clear, engaging content across blog posts, Twitter/X, product explainers, and more

    • Turn complex crypto concepts into helpful, digestible guides for retail users

    • Collaborate with product, support, and design to ensure users are informed and confident

    • Stay plugged into market trends and translate them into timely, relevant content

    • Bring a consistent, trustworthy tone to everything from social posts to FAQs

    What we’re looking for:

    • Crypto-native: You’ve used exchanges, explored DeFi, and understand the space

    • Strong writing chops: You can simplify without dumbing things down

    • Audience-aware: You know how to speak to crypto newcomers, not just insiders

    • Self-starter: You can take ownership, ship quickly, and work async

    • Bonus if you’ve written for a crypto newsletter, publication, or built a following on Twitter/X

Our client is a high-growth digital asset exchange built on the pillars of security, trust, and quality. Their mission is to develop next-generation crypto custody infrastructure that meets the highest standards of reliability, resilience, and compliance.

As they transition from third-party custody providers to an in-house solution, they need an exceptional Android engineer to ensure that their app meets the gold standard.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help to scale and build the foundations of the company’s app with the focus on going global!
  • Continue to build the IOS and Android native apps with quality being the north star.
  • Join a world class mobile team, as they look to grow this function and impact their mobile app.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a mobile team at a major mobile led company (Uber, Deliveroo, Coinbase, Cashapp etc.)
  • Deep technical expertise in building high quality native mobile applications (Android).
  • Ability or desire to be part of a lean fast moving, remote engineering organization.
