The Role
The company is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join its NYC-based team. This is a core commercial role focused on driving new business within the financial services space. You’ll own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, working closely with the leadership team to shape strategy and execution during this critical stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full sales process from sourcing to close
- Consistently exceed revenue targets of $800K+ ARR with ACVs ranging from $80K to $500K
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions
- Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and prioritize solutions
- Work in lockstep with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks
- Contribute to building a culture of excellence, accountability, and speed
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas of $800K+ ARR, with strong performance in mid-market and enterprise sales
- Experience selling into financial institutions or highly regulated industries
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, with the ability to tailor value-driven narratives to senior stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to grow in a high-ownership environment
