Job Summary
Seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead the company’s financial operations, drive planning and analysis, and support strategic decision-making as we scale across new markets and product verticals. The ideal candidate combines deep finance expertise with a sharp understanding of fintech, crypto, and regulated financial services.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with company growth goals.
• Partner with the executive team on capital allocation, M&A, fundraising, and global expansion.

• Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across the organization.
• Provide actionable insights and performance analysis to drive decision-making.

• Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee timely and accurate financial statements, regulatory filings, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax obligations, and local regulations in operating jurisdictions.

• Treasury & Crypto Asset Management

• Manage fiat and crypto liquidity, custody relationships, and operational risk.
• Optimize treasury operations and working capital management across fiat/crypto.

• Team Building & Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across FP&A, accounting, and treasury.
• Foster a results-oriented, ethical, and data-driven finance culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a crypto company.
• Proven track record of building and scaling finance functions in high-growth environments.
• Strong command of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with crypto accounting, custody, and digital asset-specific financial operations a strong plus.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks in MENA, Europe, or Asia preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/Chartered Accountant preferred).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
