    • 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services at an AdTech company or media agency – with a focus in healthcare (HCP).
    • Proven track record in leading and scaling a Customer Success team, driving client retention, and generating revenue growth through customer-centric strategies.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams, while also engaging effectively with executive stakeholders and key clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
    • Convey solution value through customer reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations. Define the key metrics that matter most to our customers. Develop case studies showcasing our impact.

    • Product mindset – comfortable shipping quickly and learning fast

    We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated BackEnd Software Engineer to join our clients team. They are a fast-growing, well-funded startup developing AI-powered tools for financial professionals.

     

    About the Role:

    As a backend engineer, you will:

    • Help to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs, mostly in Python.
    • Collaborate with front end developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces.
    • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems through proper testing and design standards, working closely with devops.

My client is building the future of crypto finance where systems are borderless, crypto-first, and secure.
I’m looking for a Backend Engineer who’s excited about crafting elegant, scalable, and secure systems that power next-generation fintech and crypto products.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that can handle serious scale.
  • Deploy and manage solutions on Azure cloud services.
  • Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams across North America, Europe, and India.
  • Participate in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Build crypto-first features that enable activities like payments, transfers, and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High Proficiency in Azure is a requirement
  • Strong skills in backend languages like C#, Java, Scala, or Go.
  • A security-first mindset you’re familiar with AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, API security, encryption, and best practices.
  • Good understanding of crypto fundamentals blockchains, RPCs, self-custody wallets, etc.
  • Solid experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms
