My client is a global payments company processing billions in transactions annually across high-growth global markets. Working with some of the most recognized names in e-commerce, SaaS, and digital services, their technology accelerates global merchant expansion.
Following major international growth, they’re adding a seasoned Key Account Manager – EMEA to their expanding commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-value client relationships and driving strategic account growth in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of global enterprise merchants, ensuring sustained revenue growth and performance optimization.

Identify expansion opportunities within accounts, promoting new markets and product adoption.

Build deep, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring a world-class client experience.

Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and customer success teams to deliver merchant-centric solutions.

Monitor key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to clients.

Represent the company as a trusted partner and payments thought leader across the EMEA region.

Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity via Salesforce.
Requirements
-
5+ years in enterprise account management or commercial payments.

Demonstrated success managing global merchants and growing enterprise portfolios.

Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including cross-border commerce, financial infrastructure, and merchant needs.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical mindset, with a strategic approach to customer growth.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with high expectations.
