A key player in the renewable energy sector, focusing on distributed generation. They’re expanding their services to include comprehensive solutions for a diverse range of clients and partners. Hiring two Regional Asset Managers: one for the East Coast and one for the West Coast.
⚡ Position Summary:
The Asset Manager is responsible for the full operational management of commercial and industrial solar assets, ensuring optimal uptime, safety, and cost-efficiency. This role involves proactively resolving site issues, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking warranties, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The Asset Manager plays a critical role in site performance, acting as the primary point of contact for O&M providers, customers, and internal stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to maintain budget adherence, site cleanliness, and optimal asset performance while meeting key performance targets.
⚡ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and maintenance of solar assets to ensure optimal operation and safety.
- Manage vendor relationships and supervise remediation projects.
- Handle budgeting and financial oversight for maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond to emergencies promptly.
⚡ Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in solar asset management or a related field.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and technical abilities.
⚡ Preferred Skills:
- Advanced expertise in solar asset management and renewable energy systems.
- Experience with large-scale project coordination across multiple regions.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or renewable energy (e.g., NABCEP).
⚡ Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $120K/yr – $150K/yr (subject to variation based on experience, skills, and location).
