A leading provider of smart, connected healthcare solutions is seeking a Key Account and Sales Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand its presence in the Americas market. The company specializes in biosensors, stick-to-skin wearables, and printed electronics and is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to help grow its business.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and engage potential clients, particularly in point-of-care markets, rapid testing, and biosensor-based monitoring.
Strategic Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Analyze market insights and competitive landscapes to refine business strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development, especially in the stick-to-skin healthcare segment.
Sales, Negotiation & Account Growth
- Present the company’s value proposition effectively to prospective and existing clients.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and strategic partnerships.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
Leadership & Industry Expertise
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies in biosensors and wearable healthcare solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization to drive innovation and service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in sales & account management within the healthcare sector.
- Deep knowledge of biosensors is a must, including applications in medical diagnostics, point-of-care testing, and wearable healthcare solutions.
- Background in industries aligned with biosensors, printed electronics, or medical device manufacturing.
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Materials, or related field).
- Strong track record in sales strategy, business development, and key account management.
- Knowledge of RFID and stick-to-skin wearable technology is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to drive revenue and market expansion.
