Storm2 has partnered with a leading B2B payments company that is redefining how businesses streamline their financial operations through ERP-integrated payment solutions. With strong existing relationships across Netsuite, Microsoft, Sage Intacct, and their Value-Added Resellers (VARs), this company is expanding its Channel Sales team to drive new bookings and revenue growth.
They are now seeking a Director of Channel Sales to develop and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on converting leads from strategic ERP and VAR partnerships. This is a player-coach role—leading by example while building scalable sales processes, setting clear KPIs, and executing a GTM strategy that strengthens the company’s market position.
Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Payments and Software Sales Representatives.

Implement a KPI-driven sales process to improve performance and accelerate growth.

Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for ERP and VAR networks.

Manage and optimize partner-led sales motions to drive deal flow.

Negotiate and close high-value agreements to ensure long-term business growth.
Qualifications:

10+ years in B2B payments, with expertise in ISVs, ERPs, or VAR ecosystems.

5+ years of Payments Sales leadership experience with a proven track record.

Strong knowledge of payment processing and ERP-integrated payments.

Experience leading teams to quota with structured sales processes.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
