    This is a fantastic opportunity for an SEC Reporting Manager to join a high-performing finance team at a leading renewable energy company. In this role, you will take ownership of the company’s external financial reporting process and play a key role in supporting the growth of a mission-driven business. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, managing quarterly and annual filings, and supporting technical accounting and audit processes in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q), including MD&A and footnotes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
    • Serve as the main liaison with external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews.
    • Provide technical accounting support for revenue recognition, equity compensation, leases, consolidations, and M&A.
    • Manage the XBRL tagging process and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

    Qualifications:

    • 5–7+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years at a Big 4 firm.
    • CPA or equivalent certification required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
    • Strong grasp of US GAAP, SEC rules, and technical accounting.
    • Experience with XBRL and financial reporting tools.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly document complex issues.

    • 5 years of experience in a relevant technical industry in end-to-end project, program or product management for software applications in a start-up, enterprise or academic setting.
    • Experience with AI applications and knowledge in AI and LLMs or Computer Vision
    • Proficiency in project management software, such as Jira and GitHub
    • Good working knowledge of project estimation and risk management techniques for software applications

    Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Skilled in Python and/or Java for backend development and data processing.

    • Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, SQS, Snowflake Stream, AWS Lambda) and microservices.

    • Demonstrated success building scalable data pipelines and distributed systems.

    • Comfortable working with AI and analytics teams to integrate data into products.

    • Proven ability to participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).

A fast-growing, well-funded blockchain technology startup is redefining the future of enterprise and Web3 applications. They’re building a next-generation distributed ledger platform that prioritizes speed, security, stability, and sustainability while ensuring decentralized trust remains verifiable and accessible.

 

As a Principal Software Engineer, you’ll join their core infrastructure team to architect and optimize a Java-based, low-latency, high-throughput system component. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with teams responsible for consensus, execution, and related infrastructure to deliver robust network data streaming, storage management, and public API solutions.

 

They’re looking for someone who has been a hands-on technical leader within Crypto and Web3, and who wants to continue that level of technical leadership in an org full of some of the world’s top Blockchain experts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and enhance Java-based solutions focused on low-latency streaming and long-term storage.
  • Build and maintain server-side logic and public APIs using gRPC.
  • Develop high-performance, multi-threaded algorithms and optimize serialization processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate best practices from the Web3 and crypto ecosystems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive architectural improvements and ensure system robustness.
  • Dedicate the majority of your time to designing, coding, and testing critical components.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven proficiency in Java concurrency and high-performance computing, with solid experience in data IO and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with event-driven and test-driven development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and integration tools.
  • Strong experience in Helidon and the Java VM.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and distributed ledger ecosystems, including cryptographic security principles.
  • A passion for driving innovation in the Web3 and crypto space.
