The Opportunity
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and optimize a well-established sales team. This is not a typical growth-at-all-costs role — it’s about scaling sustainably by refining processes, improving funnel efficiency, and leveraging modern tools and data. This role will be central to driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a mature sales team including Sales Managers overseeing account executives.

Build and execute strategic roadmaps to drive team efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth.
Operational Excellence

Own budgeting, forecasting, KPI setting, and resource planning for the sales organization.

Optimize the sales funnel by identifying gaps and integrating workflow and automation tools (including AI where applicable).

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to align go-to-market execution with company objectives.
Execution & Enablement

Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for the sales team.

Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and clear reporting across teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record at a senior sales management level.

Expertise in fast-cycle, transactional sales models (non-SaaS), ideal for high-velocity sales organizations.

Strong understanding of fintech, lending, or financial services; lending experience is a plus but not required.

Data-driven leader skilled in using CRM, automation, and analytics to guide decisions.

Demonstrated ability to lead tenured teams and introduce structure, accountability, and innovation.

Collaborative leader with a bias for action and a focus on measurable outcomes.
