    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on data-intensive applications.

    • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling for analytical use cases.

    • Skilled in Python and/or Java for backend development and data processing.

    • Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, SQS, Snowflake Stream, AWS Lambda) and microservices.

    • Demonstrated success building scalable data pipelines and distributed systems.

    • Comfortable working with AI and analytics teams to integrate data into products.

    • Proven ability to participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).

    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Airflow, and Git.

    • Exposure to AI/ML workflows and data pipelines.

    • Background in fast-paced startup environments.

    • Interest in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.

About the Role
The Director of Product Marketing will serve as a vital bridge between Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—shaping how solutions are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare audiences, enabling internal teams with the tools and strategies they need to succeed, and leading successful product launches from concept to adoption.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role collaborates closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM enablement teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead product marketing strategy and execution across a growing suite of SaaS products

  • Partner with Product to translate features into clear, compelling value propositions and use cases

  • Own messaging and positioning development based on customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis

  • Drive go-to-market strategies and coordinate seamless product launches

  • Ensure all internal teams are aligned on product features, benefits, and positioning

  • Equip sales and success teams with enablement tools, training, and collateral

  • Analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives and iterate to improve outcomes

  • Build and manage a small but high-impact product marketing team

  • Present insights and performance reports to the VP of Marketing and broader leadership


Who You Are

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including 3+ years in a healthcare technology leadership role

  • Proven success leading GTM strategies and product launches across multi-product portfolios

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn complex features into audience-focused messaging

  • Strong collaborator with experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and bring structure to fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in early-stage or high-growth environments

  • Strong written and verbal communicator—able to present to both executive leadership and end users

  • Experienced in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, HubSpot (with Salesforce CRM), and analytics tools like MixPanel

  • Based in the U.S. with a preference for East Coast time zone to support collaboration with international teams
