    We are working with an industry leader in AI clinical workflow market, who are actively seeking enterprise sales talent looking to commend the sales process from prospect to close. This organization received a staggering amount of traction with enterprise logos over the last year and are looking to strengthen their GTM team in Q2 of 2025 across the Central States and the West.

     

    Too much time is being taken up where doctors are writing notes in their EMR system rather than focusing on their patients. This proprietary platform digitizes natural clinician-patient conversations, which are converted into comprehensive medical notes and structured data in real time, integrating with major EHR’s seamlessly.

     

    This solution relieves clinicians of administrative burden, in turn, reducing burnout, increasing clinician efficiency and improving patient access.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with enterprise health systems or IDNs.
    • Map large enterprise accounts including key influencers, decision-makers, and sponsors.
    • Develop detailed strategic plans for account acquisition and growth.
    • Collaborate with the product team, to ensure client goals and objectives are communicated and achieved.
    • Operate semi-independently during all stages of the sales process, including proposals, negotiations, and contracting.
    • Maximize client contracting structure and negotiate contracts and close agreements within mutually agreed timelines.
    • Collect feedback and suggest ways to promote and drive enhanced customer engagement and inform our product roadmap.

     

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of sales experience selling SaaS, NLP, AI, ML or LLM type solutions to enterprise level health systems and IDNs.
    • Existing relationships with senior executives at enterprise level health systems and IDNs. (CMO’s, CMIO’s, CIO’s and Physician Executives).
    • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles using solution selling techniques.
    • Experience closing average deal sizes of $500k ARR and above.
    • Proven track record of hitting quota sizes of $1.5m and above.
    • Domain expertise in AI first products including clinical natural language processing and machine learning.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

About the Role
The Director of Product Marketing will serve as a vital bridge between Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—shaping how solutions are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare audiences, enabling internal teams with the tools and strategies they need to succeed, and leading successful product launches from concept to adoption.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role collaborates closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM enablement teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead product marketing strategy and execution across a growing suite of SaaS products

  • Partner with Product to translate features into clear, compelling value propositions and use cases

  • Own messaging and positioning development based on customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis

  • Drive go-to-market strategies and coordinate seamless product launches

  • Ensure all internal teams are aligned on product features, benefits, and positioning

  • Equip sales and success teams with enablement tools, training, and collateral

  • Analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives and iterate to improve outcomes

  • Build and manage a small but high-impact product marketing team

  • Present insights and performance reports to the VP of Marketing and broader leadership


Who You Are

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including 3+ years in a healthcare technology leadership role

  • Proven success leading GTM strategies and product launches across multi-product portfolios

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn complex features into audience-focused messaging

  • Strong collaborator with experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and bring structure to fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in early-stage or high-growth environments

  • Strong written and verbal communicator—able to present to both executive leadership and end users

  • Experienced in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, HubSpot (with Salesforce CRM), and analytics tools like MixPanel

  • Based in the U.S. with a preference for East Coast time zone to support collaboration with international teams
